Hey, my name's Phil and I'm a freelance web developer (& no, that's not me in the pic above).
I build great websites, using the Wordpress Content Management System (CMS), which means my clients can take complete control of their website. I also develop, modify and extend existing Wordpress powered websites as well as developing Wordpress plugins, to expand upon its functionality. In fact, if it's Wordpress then I do it.
